Delivery Policy

When will I receive my La Intimo order?

We usually ship any order within 24hours (excluding public holidays). We are using 3rd Party Logistics services to deliver orders to our customer. The transit time is totally based upon your Pincode. We usually deliver our orders within 5-7 working days from the date of order. In some cases, it may take 10days where the Pincode is to be serviced by Indian Postal Services.

Do we ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship Internationally. The transit time for the same will be around 15-20 working days.



Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since products delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Though in case of manufacturing defects, the timeline for exchange is 30 days from date of delivery. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All Return/Exchange will be subject to the quality check (QC). QC will be done at our premise to ascertain that the product is in unused condition (because of Hygiene Issues).

If any default is observed than in such cases the product will be discarded and no refund will be issued for product and logistics charges.

All the logistics charges will be borne by EliteString Apparels Pvt Ltd, in cases where Return/Exchange is because of product issue or where the company is responsible for the same.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and amount will be credited to your account and if possible then original payment method.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable only after QC has happened and it has been verified that the product is eligible for Return/Exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
