IIFW is back with Season 2 and things are all set to heat up

Declared a massive success in its first installment, India Intimate Fashion Week is back this April with Season 2.0. Carrying forward its previous year’s theme ‘Boo The Taboo’ IIFW is trying to spread awareness about various misconceptions and taboos surrounding intimate wear in India. La Intimo tells you what to expect from IIFW Season 2.0-

 

1. La Intimo unveils new collection

The fact that La Intimo is participating in the India Intimate Fashion Week 2.0 is a reason enough that you should be looking forward to the fashion week. All set to unveil our latest collection of trendy intimate wear, we are ready to #BooTheTaboo with the team IIFW.

2. Exclusive Curvey Intimate Fashion Sequence

By #BooTheTaboo IIFW aims to shun all the body shamers by sending out a message that all body types are beautiful. This year IIFW has lined up a dedicated ramp sequence for plus size lingerie. Curvy is trendy. Beauty is about being comfortable in your own skin. Its about knowing and accepting who you are. Beaches and Bikinis are always a good combination and there are a lot of styles and varieties available for every type of body, and that’s what you’ll get to witness at IIFW. 

Get ready to experience, touch and feel the finest of the artistic creations from all the corners of India as India Intimate Fashion Week is showcasing an Intimate Art Gallery in association with ‘Artspread’.

4. The Intimate Debate

IIFW is all geared up to host India's 1st ever Curved Table Debate among the finest personalities from fashion, e-commerce, media and retail industry about various issues of Indian intimate fashion industry and its future.

5. Grand Finale

Team IIFW is collaborating with celebrity fashion designer Jef Albea for the grand finale of IIFW Season 2.0. Hailing from Philippines, Jef Albea is coming to India for the first time & has honed his skills as a designer and stylist by dipping his fingers into a wide variety of projects, from photoshoots to fashion show events. Jef Albea has taken flight and has extended to Dubai and Canada, and participated in recent fashion shows such as London Fashion Week 2017 and New York Fashion Week 2018. Having been a theater actor, he began designing costumes for stage plays and for famous celebrities in the Philippines, until he began venturing into elite shows locally and internationally. He has been making his brides happy and special for the past years, making more than fifty fabulous wedding gowns per year. Exclusivity, style and excellence are his values in bringing forth masterpieces in clothing to provide the woman of today the personalized fashion so she can be proud to say she is wearing a “Jef Albea” creation.
