All your garments in your order are eligible for an exchange, given that they are untried, unworn and unwashed.
The price/brand tags and all original packaging must be intact.
Easy Exchange is available for size related issues and any other manufacturing defects for the orders purchased from our website only.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
7-Day Return Policy:
Your first order is now covered under our 7-Day Return Policy.
We’ll happily provide a replacement or full refund for innerwear items in your La Intimo order, provided the products are:
Unused, Unwashed, In original condition with packaging intact
If you request a return or exchange on the same order more than once, a shipping fee of ₹75 will apply.
Note: Coupons can not be clubbed; only one coupon can be applied to a single order.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED GARMENT?
In the unusual case where you receive a damaged or defective garment from us; please immediately notify us at hello@laintimo.com with pictures of the garment and we'll instantly replace it for you as per the stock availability.
Please ensure you keep the garment untried, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A WRONG GARMENT? SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER.
In the unusual case where you receive a garment which is not a part of your order; please immediately notify us at hello@laintimo.com with pictures of the garment and we'll instantly replace it for you.
Please ensure that you keep the garment untried, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
RETURN OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE VOID if:
· The return request exceeds 7 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
· The product has been used.
· The product has been tampered with or altered.
· The damage is due to misuse of the product - Any damage/defect caused by a third party like laundry/washing machine or ironing service.
· The product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box/pouch, tags and barcodes, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
· Products returned are different from what was shipped.
Note: Please be advised that any request for a refund, return, or exchange will not be processed if the product is received in a condition that differs from its original state or if it has been altered in any way.
