RETURN POLICY

At La Intimo, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return Policy carefully before initiating a return request.

Return Window

Customers can raise a return request within 7 days from the date and time of delivery of the order.

Return requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

 

Return Eligibility for Size Issues only

Returns are accepted only in cases of size-related concerns. Customers may request a return if the delivered size does not fit as expected, subject to compliance with all other return eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of color preference
  • Change of style or design preference
  • Change of product selection after delivery
  • Any reason other than a genuine size-related concern

Customers are advised to carefully review the product description, size chart, color, and style details before placing an order.


Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if the products are:
• Unused, untried, unwashed, and in original condition
• Returned with all original price/brand tags intact
• Returned in original packaging without damage

Returns are applicable only for products purchased directly from our website.

Please note that Exchange facility is not available.


Return Process

For First Orders

If the return request is for your 1st Order, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost, subject to serviceability by our logistics partner.

Once the returned product passes our quality check, a voucher equivalent to the product value after discounts (excluding shipping charges) will be issued. This voucher can be used on your next purchase with us.

For Non-First Orders

If the return request is not for your 1st Order, customers are required to ship the products back to us at their own expense.

If you are unable to arrange shipping on your own, you may avail our reverse pickup service at an additional charge of ₹75, subject to serviceability.

After successful quality inspection, a voucher equivalent to the product value after discounts (excluding shipping charges) will be issued for your next purchase.


Important Notes

• Shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable.
• Reverse pickup availability depends on logistics serviceability in your area.
• In cases where reverse pickup is not serviceable for eligible 1st Order returns, customers will need to self-ship the products to our return address. In such cases, reasonable logistics charges paid by the customer will be reimbursed after verification (Upto Rs 75 only).
• La Intimo reserves the right to reject returns that do not pass the quality check process.

 

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG GARMENT?

In the rare event that you receive:
• A damaged garment
• A defective garment
• A wrong product
• A product that was not part of your order

please notify us immediately at hello@laintimo.com along with clear pictures of the garment and packaging for verification.

Kindly report the issue within 7 days from the date and time of delivery.

 

 

Return Request Will Be Void If

• The return request is raised after 7 days from the date and time of delivery.
• The return request is raised for reasons other than a size-related issue, including but not limited to change of color, style, design, product preference, or change of mind.
• The product has been used, worn, washed, or tried.
• The product has been tampered with or altered in any manner.
• The damage/defect is caused due to misuse of the product or by a third party, including laundry, washing machine, ironing, or improper handling.
• The product is returned without the original packaging, tags, barcodes, or accessories originally delivered with the product.
• The returned product is different from the item originally shipped by us.


Important Note

If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area for eligible 1st Order returns, customers will need to self-ship the products to our return address. In such cases, reasonable logistics charges paid by the customer will be reimbursed after verification (Upto Rs 75 only).

Any request for return or refund voucher will not be processed if the product is received in a condition different from its original state.

Ensuring the integrity and hygiene standards of our products is extremely important to us, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
