DELIVERY POLICY
La Intimo ships across all serviceable pin codes in India.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is placed, subject to order verification and product availability.
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse using reputed courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Under normal circumstances, delivery may take approximately 5 to 7 working days from the date of order placement.

Shipping Charges
• Free delivery is available on all prepaid and COD orders where the final order value after discounts is ₹500 or above within India.
• No additional COD charges are applicable.
How Our Delivery Process Works
- Once your order is received, the products undergo thorough quality inspection.
- After passing final quality checks, the products are securely packed using plastic-free packaging materials.
- The package is then handed over to one of our trusted logistics partners for delivery.
- Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the shipment at the earliest possible time.
In case the courier partner is unable to deliver the package, they may contact you on the registered mobile number provided during checkout.
All shipments are packed discreetly using butter paper packaging along with a secure protective outer layer.
Delivery Facts
• We service 29,000+ pin codes across India and ship internationally to 180+ countries.
• Orders are securely packaged to ensure products reach you in the best condition.
• Dispatch is initiated within 24-48 hours under normal operating conditions.
• Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders are processed and dispatched only during these hours.
• Delivery timelines do not include weekends, public holidays, or regional holidays.
• Orders are delivered to the shipping address entered at the time of placing the order. La Intimo shall not be liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
• Courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three times before returning the shipment.
• Customers may choose a shipping address different from the billing address during checkout.
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to operational, regional, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Delivery
La Intimo offers international shipping across 180+ countries.
International shipping charges are calculated based on:
• Product quantity
• Shipment weight
• Destination country
Please note:
• International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, return shipping, or replacement logistics charges (if applicable) are to be borne entirely by the customer.
• Free shipping offers applicable within India may not apply to international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp so that you can monitor the shipment status.
Customers may also use the “Track My Order” option available in the website footer to track their shipment.

Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of their order by contacting our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp or Email at hello@laintimo.com.
Please note:
• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or while they are in “Ready to Ship” status.
• Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
If you no longer wish to accept the shipment, you may refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Once the shipment is returned and received at our warehouse, the cancellation will be processed.
Refunds (where applicable) will be initiated within 5-7 working days after successful receipt and verification of the returned shipment.
Events Beyond Our Control
La Intimo shall not be held liable for any delay, failed delivery, damaged shipment, or inability to fulfill obligations caused due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Floods or fire
• Lockdowns or government restrictions
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Transportation disruptions
• Technical failures or network outages
• Extreme weather conditions
• Pandemics or emergencies
In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to minimize inconvenience and assist customers to the best of our ability.
