• Items must be unused, unwashed, untried, with all tags and hygiene seals intact, in original packaging. Anything worn, tried on, or with a broken seal cannot be accepted.
• Eligible returns are resolved via a store credit voucher (product value after discount, excluding shipping). We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges.
• We do not accept returns for change of colour, style, or mind.
